Which data is processed and why

We process the name, telephone number, e-mail address and postal address information of you, as provided by you. We do so, in order to be able to get in contact with you. In some cases (depending on the form you fill in), we also gather your IP-address. This is needed for some services and maintenance of our website.

Retention period

We do not keep your data longer than 365 days, or not longer than needed, or until you request the removal of your personal data.


Our IT environment is properly maintained and secure. Amongst others, we make use of SSL certificates for website encryption and firewalls. Organisational we have also prepared measures to insure data protection.
